I attended school for massage and bodywork therapy in 2012 at the Asheville School of Massage & Yoga. My continued studies have been focused on exposing myself to as many different styles as possible. From the West, I focused on myofascial release techniques and sports massage therapy. From the East, I have drawn heavily from Thai, Russian and Chinese (Tui Na) traditions. Having chosen to be a jack-of-all instead of a specialist, I do not market myself as a practitioner of any one modality; rather, I draw from and mix the lessons from each of the wonderful teachers I have had over the last decade.

Since my teeage years, I have suffered from headaches and chronic fatigue. While some treatments provided relief, it was always short-lived. In order to learn to better care for myself, I enrolled at the Asheville School of Massage & Yoga. I discovered the power of the body's ability to heal and recover. As I began to improve, I found myself using what I had learned to help family and friends. I developed a passion for the healing arts and improving the lives of those I come into contact with.
