Tipping Culture

Tips are not expected/requested. If you want to pay a compliment, please schedule another session and/or refer a friend.

Please arrive early

When scheduling at TRC, please arrive a few minutes early so you have time to use the restroom and I have time to complete intake without cutting into your massage time. Your time begins at the time scheduled. 

Cancellations

A 24-hour notice is required for full refunds (less a processing fee depending on CC company). If a cancellation is less than 24-hours, refunds will be dependent on if the time-slot is filled. No-call, no-shows will not be refunded.

Payments

Payments are handled at the time of booking. No suprise fees, no push for upgrades, no asking for tips at time of checkout.

TRC Memberships

If you do not have an active membership at the time of your appointment and you schedule member pricing: we will be unable to begin your session until you have paid the difference and completed all required paperwork. Additional time will not be added to your session and you will not be entitled to a refund.
